Visa to Slovakia

The most required types of visa to Slovakia are business visa, student visa and work visa.

Business visa to Slovakia

You can apply for business visa on the basis of business plan, or established LLC company ( Slovak sro), or as a sole trader. The preferred form is opening the Slovak limited liability company. It is very important to have a good object of business and a good business plan.

Your application shall be submitted at the Representative office of Slovakia in your country of residence. The process lasts at least 4 months.

Work visa to Slovakia

You can apply for work visa in Slovakia if you have a letter of intent or employment contract from your future employer in Slovakia. The job offer should be published at the Slovak Labour Office. If none of the Slovaks apply, then the Labour Office shall issue the approval.

Your application shall be submitted at the Representative office of Slovakia in your country of residence. The whole process can last 3-4 months.

Study visa to Slovakia

Are you a young student? Then try to Study Slovak at Slovak University. The study program is guaranteed. The study visa is issued on the basis of your letter of acceptance to the course of Slovak language accredited by Slovak university. Your application shall be submitted at the Representative office of Slovakia in your country of residence. As a student, you are allowed to make business in Slovakia.
